ABOUT THE CHEF - Chef Mark Vorster
The Windhoek Country Club Resort is proud to introduce their Executive Chef, Mark Vorster.
Mark began his illustrious career in Johannesburg, completing his training at various Southern Sun and Holiday Inn hotels, and at Wits Hotel School and HITB. After spending a decade in South Africa honing his talent at the Sandton and Pretoria Holiday Inns and the Wild Coast Sun, Mark embarked on the Renaissance III Cruise Liner, travelling and working in Tahiti and Bora Bora and, later, at the Grand Continental Hotel in Abu Dhabi. Now back in his home country, Mark has been the Executive Chef at Sun International's Sugar Mill Casino and Marula Lodge, as well as Executive Chef/Operations Manager in charge of Food and Beverage Operations for M-Net/Multichoice.
Mark brings a wealth of talent and experience to the WCCR and is responsible for ensuring your culinary delight.
