Elephant Point está situado en una región reconocida por su diversidad natural y concentración de fauna mayor, y es sin duda una de las mejores áreas para la observación de animales en el Parque Nacional Kruger. La finca está convenientemente ubicada a solo 6 km de la Puerta Paul Kruger, a 26 km del Aeropuerto Skukuza, o a 5 horas en coche desde Johannesburgo.
Las villas en el bosque están ubicadas a orillas del majestuoso río Sabie con vistas al adyacente Parque Kruger. Frecuentemente se pueden ver majestuosos elefantes (de los cuales la finca toma su nombre) pastando y bebiendo justo en los límites del lodge.
