Our Town Hall was built in 1935 in the popular gabled Cape Dutch Revival style. Much like the character of our Chardonnay, this historical building follows seamless lines and gentle curves to preserve the natural heritage and architecture of the village, yet still expresses itself boldly. Le Courier Chenin Blanc has its roots in the granite soils of Stellenbosch and Agter Paarl. The vineyards are managed for premium quality and freshness, with no leaf removal and harvesting at perfect ripeness. Le Courier is an intricate Chenin Blanc with apricot, peach, hints of tropical fruit and floral aromas fresh and upfront on the nose. More layers follow on the palate with soft vanilla, canned peaches and a lingering peardrop finish. Established in 1954, the old museum houses a fascinating journey through the early pioneer life and times in the Franschhoek valley, chronicling intriguing genealogy of the original Huguenot settlers. Our Cabernet Sauvignon symbolises longevity and evolution with stealth and structure to preserve Franschhoek's secrets and stories. A wine with a great presence and poise, according to winemaker Ryan Puttick, this Cabernet Sauvignon shows blackcurrants and violets on the nose, followed by concentrated dark berry flavours integrated with tobacco and spice from savoury oak, a rich mouthfeel, and a smooth and juicy-lingering finish.

The wine has a rich ruby colour with a dense core of red cherry, mulberry and blackcurrant flavours. There is also a hint of ripe plum and cocoa on the nose, which is backed by dark chocolate notes.
