- Prize Winners will be selected by way of a random draw. Draw times and dates; criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
- Entries into the draw MUST be redeemed solely by the card holder otherwise it will be declared NULL & VOID. Entry will not be accepted at/during draw in the event entry is selected at random.
- Prize winners who are present will be given 90 SECONDS to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket.
- Upon claiming for the prize, prize winner MUST be the card holder and no other, otherwise it will be declared NULL & VOID and entry will be disqualified; Therefore, card holder MUST be present at the draw;
- Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 SECONDS, a re-draw will take place;
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
- Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the ticket redemption is open.
- Weekly draw tickets are disposed of after every draw unless stated otherwise;
- Ticket/s redemption at Premium Club Desk closes 15 min before draw starts
- No more ticket/s will be issued once first ticket has been drawn and announced
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;

- In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
