The DAVINCI Spa offers a complete range of services including massage and body therapy, facial therapy as well as a series of signature treatments, packages and nail salon services. The Spa consist of 6 treatment rooms, suitable for private or couple's massages, manicure and pedicure lounge, relaxation area and hydro pool, male and female steam rooms and a Rasul chamber.

ARRIVAL

Prepare for your spa experience by arriving 30 minutes prior to your apointment time to allow for hte check-in process. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest is not delayed or inconvenienced. Treatment tiems include the Spa's welcome ritual.

ATTIRE

A secure locker is provided for all your personal belongings along with a robe, a pair of slippers and disposable underwear for your comfort.

CONSULTATION

All guests are required to complete a mandatory consultation card before their treatment so that your therapists can prepare your experience.

FACILITIES

Before or after your spa treatment, enjoy our facilities or simply realx in the relaxation area. Guests are more than welcoem to help themselves to our complimentary refreshments.Guests booking any of our massages, facials or packages enjoy complimentary access to our wet areas - perfect for unwinding before or after your treatment for up to 60 minutes.If you are visiting us for aminucure, pedicure, waxing or nail service, you can still elevate your experience for just R300 per person and enjoy our tranquil facilities for 60 minutes (subject to availability).Swimwear is require at the relaxation areas, steam room and hydrotheraphy pool.

HOMECARE

To continue your spa exeprience at home, products used during your treatment can be purchsed at the spa reception, where your therapist woudl be delighted to advise yo uon the most suitable products for your needs.

Important information
Booking and Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit upfront payment is required in order to secure your booking. Please provide the spa with a minimum of 6 hours notice when rescheduling your appointment. If a 6-hour cancellation is not provided, 50% of your total treatment value will be charged.

A 100% upfront payment is required for group bookings to secure the booking. Please provide the spa with 7 day's notice for the cancellation of gropu bookings in order not to incure any cancellation charges. If a 7-day cancellation is not provided, 100% of your total treatment value will be charged.Kindly note that we do not provide refunds on retail products purchased.
