A harmonious assemblage of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Delicate well balanced pale shades of yellow and green with a vine and lime blossom nose leave behind a sense of harmony and mellowness.
Pale straw colours, very light and fruity, toasty aroma. Vanilla and bread flavours are dry, well- balanced long finish.
On the nose a lively bouquet of wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry, subtle floral hints of rose and a slight hint of pepper.
The bubble in the wine elevates both the greener ans the riper tropical elements of the Sauvignon Blanc resulting in a delightful bouquet of green pepper, kiwi fruit, passion fruit, melon, ripe figs and gooseberries.
The sparkling wine is composed entirely of two noble grape varieties, Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%), Chardonnay imparts a clean flintiness, while Pinot Noir gives body and taste, a spectacular explosion.

With a light crimson colour, this wine opens with milk chocolate notes followed by raspberry confit and cotton candy aromas supported by hints of spice. It has plenty of body to carry prominent white pepper and red fruit flavours on the palate. An elegant wine with subtle sweetness, offset by silky tannins.
Irresistible crushed strawberry, rosewater and Turkish delight aromas explode in succulent candied red berry and cherry flavours to a seductively soft and sweet fruity finish.
Subtle notes of cotton candy, fresh strawberry and rich cream are carried through from nose to palate.

RED WINES
Bright black cherry vibrance and succulence, toned by oak spice. Approachable but well-defined structure with integrated soft tannins and a lovely length.
Rich, red colour, floral notes and Christmas spices, supported by subtle oak tannins adding a layer of cigar box and cedar wood notes. Velvety entry on the palate rounded off with varietal fruit flavours and oaky sweetness. Matured for 12 months in barrel of which 15% was new French oak.
On the nose, the wine expresses mulberry and blackcurrant fruit, intermingled with spice.

This wine has a deep ruby colour with a bright hue. On the nose it shows multiple layers of dark fruit such as plum and blackcurrant with a hint of oak spice.

Darkish Burgundian purple. Spicy wood notes against rich plum and berry fruit, with typical restrained ‘fynbos’ aromatic notes. Dry, soft fruit-encased tannins follow spicy/fruit – sweetness entry, understated and balanced, medium- bodied with a nice spicy length. Impressive consistency, given the volume.
