Not only does he have more than a decade of experience in the magazine and entertainment industry but Ryno Mulder is also a trainer for top makeup brands such as Coverderm, Kelso Beauty, Placecol, Gosh Copenhagen and Bodyography South Africa, has his own makeup range and has trained with Vogue contributor and author Rae Morris as well as Kim Kardashian West’s personal makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic.

Ryno has an incredible career and started out as a makeup artist under the Estee Lauder brand with his unique vision contributing to the success of Bobbi Brown in their stores in the Western Cape. In 2007 Ryno became Beauty Editor for Finesse magazine and worked on covers of popular women’s magazines such as Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Oprah, Sarie, Bona, Soul, Seventeen, True Love, Destiny, Wanted and Psychologies.

During this time, he wrote a humorous blog that offered a behind-the-scenes peek at the world of celebrity. He then expanded his brand by consulting on PR and marketing for beauty brands and worked as a style consultant for Hannon Bothma on his tv show Glam Guru. In September 2013 Ryno published his first book "Maklik Mooi" which remains the top selling Afrikaans beauty title to date. Some of his clients include Swiss department stores, Earthcote, Porsche Design and Vodacom. He has also appeared on numerous TV and radio shows for SABC, DSTV, Kaya FM, Cliffcentral, Kyknet and VIA TV. Ryno uses classic techniques to create iconic looks for celebrities and everyday women alike whilst ensuring that each look caters to each individual with the main focus on enhancing their natural beauty. Ryno has over half a million video views on his makeovers and loves to engage with his followers on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
