We have always been privileged enough to share our beautiful property with an array of Wildlife, from spotted owls to the charming banded mongoose. It is interesting to note that during the Covid-19 pandemic, we have seen a sharp rise in the number of mongoose on property. Whereas previously we would spot them on occasion, running into them on property is now almost a daily occurrence.

This increase was first noticed during the hard lockdown, where a number of our staff that remained on property started to note the growing number of Mongoose. We are happy to note that even though the property has become busier, our furry friends have still remained. Keep an eye out for them on your next stay with us.
